Shipping policy

Please allow 2-5 Business Days after ordering for a shipping notice, please note that during high demand periods such as drops or promotions it may take slightly longer to ship.
Shipping times vary from place to place but most packages will arrive in 14 days or less from order.
We currently offer domestic shipping to all 50 states and international shipping. International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees.
Domestic Orders are a flat rate shipping fee of $4.90
Free Shipping on all orders of $50 or more
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, Awaken Athletics is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If a package encounters an issue in transit or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order as we will not be able to make changes once the order is in processing. Awaken Athletics is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
